In the Spring of 2023, Conquering Cuisine will be introducing a 12-part series that will allow participants to gain a better understanding and appreciation of wine. Each fun and informative session is focused on a different aspect of wine so that by the end of the series participants have a solid understanding of what's in the market and how it suits their palate. In addition to tasting six selected wines, you'll gain a better understanding of each region's producers and significant varietals - all in a relaxed environment that allows for questions and feedback.
Participants who attend the entire series are invited to attend "graduation" where they will receive a certificate and be treated to an evening of wine and hors d'oeuvres at Conquering Cuisine.
